cutter comp not successful

I put a file "end cap top cut" on the ftp site in the folder mcx2 files. but i think i have something wrong with my control def. or machine def. because it is not just this file anything i open i get the same thing. but if i draw it and program it it works fine.

I re-installed x2 this time I did not use the migration utility. I used the fadal format 2 4xmill.mmd machine def. I then created a square and created a toolpath around the out side with a 1" end mill it did fine. Then I put a radius on the top left corner and regenerated the tool path this worked fine. But I put the same radius on the lower right corner and I get cutter comp error. I can usually figure this stuff out but this has got me banghead.gifcurse.gif
