.SUB FILE

I'm not using a sub program, however when I post a program that has drill operations, along with the NC file I also get a .SUB file with the following code N20 M99 in it and nothing else.

I have many different posts and have compared them

to this Fadal post and can't find any reason for this. Any help would great.

You don't have to be "doing" subprograms for a PST to be creating a .SUB file.

If in the PST you see a line like ->

subprg : 1

That alone will allow creating a SUB file.

But that fact the there is data in your SUB file means that your PST is also writing out to that file (look for 'subout' commands in the PST), so...

Changing 'subprg : 1' to 'subprg : 0' will most likely cause you PST to spew some error messages.
