Mposp7 post

I have a heavily modified post that I'm sure I f'd up in one way or another.

If I use a tool for multiple operations, and have a different spindle speed for the ops, it just runs the tool at the first op for that tool and doesn't change.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thanks.

Good night,

If your usng a Ver 7 or before post chances

you are losing alot of funtionality that ver 9

or better would have.

just take a ver 9 or better post and build it

like the f'd-up post, its not that hard. You should get a new S code for every operation, even with the same tool.

I had posts that I brought along for years

and they didnt work after many versions.

Good night,

In that case thats easier..just take your

post and file compare it to generic 3 or 4

axis fanuc and you will find teh problem.

and or post with the generic fanuc post

first to trouble-shoot.
