Fromating Rotary Angles

I'm currently using a mori-seiki SH-630 3 axis machine with a indexable rotary table. My NC file keeps outputting angles in decimal degrees while the machine only has capability for one degree increments. Is there a line in the post to round the angles to a whole number?

 

I have...

N152G56X.7694Y2.5247Z6.B148.707

 

I would like...

N152G56X.7694Y2.5247Z6.B149.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Really a simple change. You need to change the format for the rotary variable (or create a new one if that variable is shared). Your dealer should be able to do this by you emailling the post to them.

I was hoping to change the post myself, takes far less time than sending it in for a change...

Nobody is helping me on my question on 4th axis rotation and I am not sure why. I am starting to

I think I can help you here because I know what your saying about waiting..Search for format statements just so you can get an idea of where the numbers come from. Now search for:

 

Toolchange / NC output Variable Formats

(this is where the output is determined based on the format statement)

 

fmt B 11 cabs #C axis position

fmt B 14 cinc #C axis position

 

This is where the format statements apply.Change 11 & 14 dependant on what you would like to see
