Want Post Processor

I am working on Hurco CNC with KMBX-1 control. I am using mastercamX for CAD. The problem is that mcahine support codes upto three decimal places, i used MPHUR7 post processor for generating code. This post processor work well with mastercam 9 version and generate code to three decimal places. But it doesn't work good with mastercam X version. I also set mastercam X to three decimal places for analyze, but the problem still there. So if anyone can help me on this issue i shall be very thankful to him. I look forward for anyone's kind response.

Probably something in the machine definition in Mastercam; I don't run X so no real help from me.

There is a fix for this, I'm pretty sure but I don't have a HASP today so I can't dig in to find it.

Yeah, he wants help not a post.

 

It looks like the problem I used to have when I made the switch to X from V9. I believe mtol had something to do with it but I'm not sure.

 

Zeeshan, did you update the post that ran in V9 to X? Did you have it create a Machine Def and Control Def?

James yes i update post from V9 to X but problem still there. But the that i talked about work well in V9

Have you tried going into your control def and changing the mtol to .001 or checking the truncate

mtol has been the source of issues when updating.
