Hello everyone,

Anybody know how to get the initial 'X,Y' moves back onto the S____ line? (Control Def. is set properly for XY, then Z). (We previously adjusted for Fanuc style tapping).

MCX, MPMASTER and thankyou.

It shouldn't be standard with Mpmaster X (I only have V9.1) ?

Anyway, look your ptlchg_com pblock

and check for the line

quote:

pcan1, pbld, n, *sgcode, *sgabsinc, [if not(index), pwcs], pfxout, pfyout, pfcout, *speed, *spindle, pgear, strcantext, e

pfxout and pfyout may be missing...

hope this helps

Curt,

David is correct, you need to add the pfxout and pfyout to the spindle speed line in the ptlchg_com post block. If you are trying to output the x and y position on the tapping cycle line, set the force_dpts switch at the top of the post to yes$ or 1. If you still aren't getting the proper output, feel free to contact your reseller (In-house Solutions), and they will fix up your post to exactly what you need.
