z movement problem when translating

I have a ten part set-up and im using the transform operation. I am changing offsets for each part. I have that all set, but its moving all 3 axis at the same time. how do i get it to move z first then x,y?

will checking your clearance box and adding a clearance move do what you want?

I don't use the transform operations because of all the problems like you are having. I have found though, that backplot will almost allways show the problem. Sometimes hard to spot when there are lots of moves.

first problem solved. Now the problem im having is that i have 2 sets of programs- one set is g54-g58 and the other g59-g113. but i can only get it to go up to g59. (using mcam9) Im I out of luck or just missing something simple. Also is there a setting in mcam9 i can use for through the spindle coolant?
