Bore 2 problem

Recommended Posts

Hello all. I am having problems with the bore 2 cycle in X2. This hasn't worked in any of the X versions I've installed. We are using this cycle a lot more these days so I need to get it fixed. This is what's happening. Lets say I have 3 holes to drill, when I drill them with bore 2, I get this code, G98 G86 Z-1. R.1 F10. followed by holes 2 and 3. It does not post the location of hole number 1. If I change from bore 2 to drill/cbore I get this code, G98 G81 X0. Y0. Z-1. R.1 F10. followed by holes 2 and 3. It drills all 3 holes. I am using the same post just changing the drill cycle. When I look at the post in the editor, I don't see any difference from drill/cbore to bore 2. Here is the section from my post I think that deals with this.
