Calling all integrex gurus

I have uploaded a sample part into the X2 files folder called integrex_sample. I am trying to get an idea of how long it would take to program a part like this on an integres so it is done in one shot. Just trying to get an idea of how difficult it is to program for an itegrex style machine. I was thinking that it could be done in 8 hours or less. Thanks

Probably about 2-3 hours pretty simple Integrex Part to Program. Set-up sheets, Tool list probably another 2 hours. I would do the round side 1st using the 4 holes to keep the part from spinning on the sub spindle. I did the 1st side in 24 minutes and put that on the FTP it is called integrex_sample_crazy_1st.mcx I also put the .eia file on the FTP as well. I did not know Material, but went by alum and was very easy on speeds and feeds. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks a lot man, that really helps me out. I figured it would be a relativly simple part for someone with a little experience. Right now we do this in 4 different ops and we are discussing the possiblity of doing it in one op. Thanks again for your help.
