X2 MR1 Nesting help!

I'm nesting 10 difference parts at a time in true shape Part-Part Distance box I'm input .250

but when analyze the result never stable it varries from .251-.305. How can I control distant between part it will save time and raw material.

Xform - Geometry Nesting

 

Click on the "Config" button, 6th button from the left on the bottom row,

 

In the "Nesting Mode" section click on the drop down menu for Accuracy. Change it to "user defined".

 

Now set the accuracy value to .001 or better.

 

Check the "save as Defaults" check box in the bottom left corner.

 

Click the green OK button.
