In what way Rick V9 or X?

In V9 Create, Fillet, Click Radius to change the zie of the Radius.

In X Create, Fillet, Fillet Entities, then look to the Ribbon bar for the size you want.

For either you then pick the 2 entities you want to fillet, just make sure they are bigger than the radius you are creating. If wanting a arc tangent to 2 entities then you will want to use Arc tangent.

Probably the simplest way to explain would be to

Create a rectangle into 2D top construction view and fillet the corners as needed as Millman stated. Then...

click on XForm Translate icon/

click on: all chain icon in the chain manager/

click on: an entity and the chain will probably go all around if no branch points are intersecting/

accept the chain when all geometry needed is selected (click on check mark)/

click the join choice at top/

enter a Z value with a minus dimension/

accept it with (check mark)

NOw view your part in 3D
