analyze contour

Hi

When I "analyze", "contour", "chain", an arc, what determines whether it is a 180 deg sweep, or a 360 deg sweep. I noticed v8 is a 180 sweep while v9 is a 360 sweep. I'm having trouble backploting and verifing in v9 and this is the only difference between them that I can find at the moment.

Thanks, Dan

Looks like v8 does the analyz in 2 steps (Entity 1 & 2) and v9 does it in one:

v8--------v8--------v8

Coordinates are world coordinates

Entity 1: Arc CW

Center: X: 0.00000 Y: 0.00000 Z: 0.00000 View: 1

Startpoint: X: 0.50000 Y: -0.00000 Z: 0.00000 Angle: 360.00000

Endpoint: X: -0.50000 Y: 0.00000 Z: 0.00000 Angle: 180.00000

Radius: 0.50000 Diameter: 1.00000 Sweep: -180.00000 3D Length: 1.57080

Entity 2: Arc CW

Center: X: 0.00000 Y: 0.00000 Z: 0.00000 View: 1

Startpoint: X: -0.50000 Y: 0.00000 Z: 0.00000 Angle: 180.00000

Endpoint: X: 0.50000 Y: 0.00000 Z: 0.00000 Angle: 0.00000

Radius: 0.50000 Diameter: 1.00000 Sweep: -180.00000 3D Length: 1.57080

Total length = 3.14159
