Tired of getting bit by MCX2

I'm getting so tired of getting bit by MCX2 MR2. I ran a good tool path but needed to remove another .001 from a surface and after running it the part was gouged and scrapped. I continually have MC give me a good path followed by a bad one after regerating later or the next day.

So after this latest scrapper I dedided to save the file to flash drive and run on another PC using the same MR2 setup and machine defs and posts. Here you can see the toolpaths are nothing alike. People say "sure you got a different path this time" so now I'm able to show it side by side.

Now the EXACT same file copied a to another PC.

Its an educational HASP and there is no 4th axis verify. No I can't upload, it's propritary. It's actually cutting a surface that's on a hidden level and check surfs are on viewable level. I could upload just the surfs to a save some file but that removes the toolpath too.
