When i used surface finish leftover toolpath

my cutter is alway broken. And calculation take

a long time. Can i know whater mastercam

can left over used Z constand countor , Because

now i see have 3 methode only like 3d colapsing ,

zig-zag and one way.

Can any body give a idea .

Can you put to the ftp a file to give us an idea

why do you broke the cutter.

I personally never broke any.

In such jobs you always must have a creative way of thinking .

For example you can put for leftover one ore more cutters and you will reduce the time of machining too like ball 6mm ,4,2 ,1mm and not 6mm and 1mm.

Sometimes it is good to use flat end mill tools or bull nose not ball mills.

And you can change collapse ->

override automatic resolution calculation % of leftover and reduce it.

Ypu can reduce a maximum stepover.
