Steady Rest Definition

I am having a problem getting a steady rest in my stock view. Machine definition is set, chucks work, tailstock works, but the steady rest won't work/define? After inserting all of the data, screen still shows undefined. Tried using a Solid drawing, Block and Extrude. Any ideas? Bug?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
