What is the angle that these threads need to be cut on? Does any one have a web page with this info.

not positive if this is the same for pipe threads

The taper is 1.7888167187 degrees from centerline.

 

It is defined as 3/4-Inch per Foot.

The taper for NPT is 1° 47' 17.4'' from centerline

NPT tapered threads use the same formula but most round off the seconds.

 

BSPT resolves to 1° 47' 17.4'' as well.

 

As a practical matter you can use 1° 47' for both

NPT and BSPT.
