Turning Monel

Any one have a good source for Ceramic inserts for turning Monel?

I have a part 11 inches long. 4.0-16 threads for 7.75 inches

Also has a 3.7 bore through.

There are a couple of threaded cross holes.

I was looking at the machinerys handbook, carbide is 15 sfm. Ceramics are much better.

But how do you thread the cross holes? Do you send the part out to have the four inch threads ground?

Looking for some tooling sugestions

Thanks
