Z Move before tools H called?

Hi all

I am using the mpfan post with my HAAS VF3 mill.

IT works well for almost all of my needs, except there are just a little thing I would like to change. After a toolchange the post ouputs a Z move before the tool length offset call. I would like to delete this. It is a pain to do it manualy.

Here is what is posted

T4 M6

G0 G90 G54 X9.3725 Y-1.7225 Z1.75 A0. S15000 M3

G43 H4 Z1.75 M8 T1

eric,

 

Try going into mpfan pst (file, edit, pst)

and turning "fast mode" to "0". Then post

your program. To the left of your nc code

there will be some info that will tell you

what post line made the nc line. you should

be able to figure out why it output a z.

Being able to see which part of the post did what was a lot of help. I have re-posted and and the problem is gone. I have yet to try it on the machine but so far it looks good!
