Arc start and endpoint error

I just started working with mastercam x2 and i made a box that has 2 X 5mm arcs. When back plotting this box it works and looks fine but when I use my Deskcnc cam program to cut this box i get an "arc not long enough to reach end point" error on one of the arcs from the Mastercam nc file.

I looked at the g code and i can see that y is 24.449 and after the arc it is 24.451.

When i change 24.449 to 24.451 the error goes away.

Can anyone tell me why Mastercam is making this error in the Nc code? I tried to play around with the tolerances, nothing works and when i regenerate the tool path the error sometimes shifts to the other arc.

I have another question ...on the same box i have to drill 9 holes. Back plotting shows all the holes being drilled but only 6 gets drilled. Why?

Any help will be appreciated

I rebooted the computer 10 times yesterday and it reproduced the same errors time after time. Believe it or not today it posts without errors. I have no idea what went wrong.

I still have the drilling problem though. I have 9 holes that need to be drilled. 2 Of these holes drill without a problem but it only drills 3 out of 5 holes on the same z-depth and 1 out of 2 holes on a different z-depth.

It skips some of the holes when I post them together but if i post these holes like 3 at a time and then joins the nc files at the end it works.

Anyone have the same problem?

I will post the codes for the 9 holes
