Patches-which one?

Hi all,

Just got my new computer, dual CPU 1.7 gig, 1.5 gig of ram, 3D Lab video card. Fresh install of V9 Mastercam. My question is: lathe9sp1.exe is the correct patch for Mill and Lathe? The name is what's making me wonder.

OK, I guess I need both of them to update properly both lathe and mill. The reason I asked is the description for lathesp1.exe is as follows:
