contour surfaces

I need help with finish contour surface. Rough contour surface works fine. When I do finish pass,tool gouges down through center of part. Rough pass doesn't have this problem. I am using the same surface to genterate both toolpaths. I am using MC7.2. I am going to post file on FTP page under MC7 file. File name will be Rob1. If anyone can help it would be helpful.
