5Axis Post Help

I need help with my 5 Axis Post. I purchased this from my Reseller but I'm not seeing much help getting it the way I want. I know the Reseller bought it thru In-House so if someone from In-House could Email me and give me a hand I would appreciate it.

You really should get your reseller to get the post mods done for you from In-house.

In saying that though when Brett was there I was emailing hinm straight as this saved a heap of time. I would get a post mod sent back the next day.

 

Email In-house and see what there responce is.

The problem with the reseller is if they don't get back to for a couple of weeks and things need to get done your screwed!!!

Same issue here thats why I was emailing Brett from In-house. Because of the time differance I would get an answer the next day

Sounds like it may be time to look for a different reseller.

 

If they aren't responding to your needs after you spent the money to buy a post, that is totally unprofessional on their part IMO.

 

I've always dealt with Prism Engineering in Pa. and I'm not ashamed to give them a plug. I've always gotten a response and the help I needed the same day I requested it, usually more like within a few hours. If your reseller isn't responding to customer needs in a timely manner, quite frankly, they don't deserve your business.

Thanks for the input but theirs not that many resellers in the area one covers multiple States. I would prefer to deal with In-House directly on this instead of having a middleman but I was told they don’t like doing that and on their web site it states that.

Yes, it's too bad you guys don't have much choice.

 

But here in the States, we CAN take our business elsewhere if we aren't getting the level of service we need. Waiting WEEKS for a business of any kind to reply is totally unacceptable IMO!

I talked with you a couple of wks ago and I thought we both agreed to wait till i get back from IMTS and tackle the issues then. I always have my phone and email so just let me know and we can deal with it between you and I!
