i have to cut this into a pc of plastic that goes in the back of a firebird.im gonna pocket it thru.im doing the bird too but the bird will be big as possible which only leaves about 3 inches to squeeze this in between the wings.im going to clamp this pc down flat and try to constrain it (hopefully it wont break on me!)ill be using a .045 endmill.this should go fine but i think there will be a problem with the center of the "e" "b" and "d"

ill try double sided tape but do any of you have any other suggestions?
