Anybody using the Layout Chook, German version?

We tried it the other day, and found it very good, in fact, just what we needed. Only 1 problem. We can not see the Rotate comand. It is not there in our version. I have seen it function on an English version, and rotation of veiw is also described in our help file, but we still cannot get our version to show "View Rotate" option. Can anyone help.
