Change feed at points

I need to slow the feed at the start of every corner then speed it back up on the walls of a contour. I did a search but could not figure out how to do it. I know you go to change at point but... if I get it to slow down I could not get it to speed back up where I want it to be. I a past post it talked about breaking lines but it does not seem to work or I don't know how to make it work. Could someone please clarify the rules of change at point? Thanks for the help in advance!!

if its not complex geometry and you have radius in the corners,use the change at point at the end of each wall and the end of each arc and change the feedrate to what you want for each.not sure thats the quickest way but it works.

question? on wire edms there is a code for turning corner control on and off in parameters.is there not a parameter setting on cnc mills that do the same?seems like there should be.
