Front Angle = -1.96

What a releif to find out that I din't scrap the part (I machined the part before I know that I have to compensate Compound Angle)

Side Angle = -5.72

Front Angle = -1.96

Compensated Angle =5.7166

Only .0003 different for the Compound-Sin-Plate

You are leaving out too much information for the possibility of any help(from me anyway). You want to simply find a solution, or are you trying to create this compound? Where are the angles coming from? Regardless, more is needed.

I haven't done compound angles in a while, I did them all the time in Ontario when I made molds. Lifter rods, horn pins, slide pockets even date stamp pockets. Now I machine parts for the oil field and so far no compound angles.

 

My old CAM software would tell you how to rotate your table and then what angle to tip the sin plate to. Pretty slick stuff.

 

Rookie Cam, I haven't played GT sense PS2.
