Can't find 1060, Steel need another choice

Can anyone give me another steel close to the properties of 1060 steel. I have part that I'm quoting that calls for 1060 steel. The part is 12" dia. round and 4.25 wide. Will get surface hardened (60Hrc) on the 4.25 surface. All my venders tell me they can only get 1060 in flat plate. I really don't want to start with a burnout on the lathe. Are there any other steels that I might be able to suggest to my customer?
