No. Mastercam does not currently have a post that supports NURBS output.

 

You'll need to buy a piece of SOftware from Metacut called Metacut Pro. It will generate NURBS Code from either G-Code or Mastercam NCI files. It works VERY well. I've used it and it produced very nice results.
