I know it can be done on a Gemini "D" controller. If thats what you have you will need a BTR and a p.c.I've done it befor.If you have a Gemini "C" controller good luck.I might be able to recommend a company to help you out if you would like.
Hass all the way. Fadals are throw-away machines.They dont hold location very well and the machines have very little adjustments. We were doing in-line bores 5. inches above-below each other and they were not in line.Go figure.
When will we be able to select what holder we want to be used per each tool.We have several different styles that could be drawn up yo see the actual clearance , ... issues.I beleve that it will be a valueable tool everyone could use. (I did a search befor posting this and found very little on the subject)

I sometimes get a warning when translating and or saving files.It reads "Warning table item not found". What bis this and what can I do about it? Running ver 9.0sp1
Here's one In a contour path make it so you can veri the finish pass feedrate from the original feedrate. I've had several parts with very thin bosses that this would help out alot!
