I don't know how to fix your problem, but just so you know there is(should be) a pocket manual on your control that opens when you hit the info key on the left side below the screen.

You can type the alarm code in there and it will tell you (if you do it before the alarm is cleared it goes straight to it)

got the same error on our captain mill-turn with the p-200

 

they got to format and reinstall winXP and the OSP

the night shift close the machine at the end of the day , the day shift reopen-it and BAM the alarm was here

 

the okuma tech tell me there is 3 probable cause

1-shut the power off in windows closing sequence

2- HDD problem

3- someone delete a file in windows
