How do I rotate this part?

Good morning

 

Please look at my file Hug4.mc9 on the FTP.

This is a funky shape, a simple elipse with a straight wall, but the bottom of the cut will be at 10 degrees as if it were cut on a lath.The cuts in original file will not work on our availible horzontal 5 ax machine.What I have now is the cutter(10 degree dovetail) going around the part with x,y moves.

I am hoping to rotate (spin)the part. Is this possible?

I just want the tool to almost stay still,

while the part rotates around.
