360 Degree Rotary Output?

I am having trouble getting a rotary axis to output a full 360 degree move.

 

I am new to X3 and have looked at the control and post settings. No matter what I do I get a whole bunch of angular output moves from the fourth instead of a single line degree command.

 

If anyone has any ideas it would be most appreciated.

Hello Bob,

 

It depends on the toolpath you are using. You may be able to just filter it. If not, advanced multiaxis or axis substitution should/may do what you want.

It's basically a circle I am machining on a rotary axis. I want the stepover to occur in X and get a 360 degree command for the rotary axis. Right now it is outputting about 3.5 degree moves?
