Stock flip in mill

Is there a way to flip my part in mill so that if I have toolpaths on another side I can use the same part file and have the previous machine surfaces on the first side. Such as a plate with a bunch of holes on the top side and a bore in the middle. I then want to flip to the other side and countersink the other side of the holes and use a chamfer mill for the bore. I need the holes to be there and the bore for verification purposes. Is this possible?
