Mazak H630 G code question.

Does anyone have one of these beasts. It is a 1992 machine and well we did not get all the manuals for this machine. I figured out a lot of the codes. These last 2 have me a little stumped.

 

They are G64 and G61.1 I do not see any scaling or workoffset shifting codes to go along with it. I am thinking G61.1 is written in old programs on the machine before the tool and G64 comes at the end of a tool. I am thinking it is what my gut tells me, but just not sure. If you know what they are I would appreciate anything you can give me on it.

That's High speed Accuracy on G61.1 and High speed Off G64. It uses a K factor K70 default.

0-100 range G61.1,K70

Thanks Jim that makes sense. I was starting to head down that road after thinking about it, but no I feel comfortable using it. Thanks again.
