saving default parameters

While trying to save my default parameters in the operations manager I keep getting this error

 

"Exporting entities to file that contains nci is not allowed"

 

This is only on one computer. It doesn't happen on another computer with the same settings (as far as I can tell). Any help will be much appreciated.

first off try a repair ;

put your mcam install CD in and follow the prompts...

Didn't do a repair, but we did a complete re-install from disk. Same prob though.
