I worked on a vf2, vf2ss, vf3, vf3ss for years with minimal problems or breakdowns. I maybe had to have a service call a half a dozen times. they fixed the problem promptly when they came. I was happy with the machines.

 

I am seriousely considering the vm2 so i hope the one you got was a lemon.
