you can probably find some like this at our local tool shop or just use regular carbide tools use a high rpm and adjust your feed to what sounds good. I don't having any down and dirty feeds and speeds for that. do a few practice cuts.

its probably like G-10 glass reinforced material.roughing dry with a vacuum cleaner works well and doesnt add the powder and chips to your coolant.you can finish wet or dry and yes standard carbide works well. 250-500 fpm works well. use used tools to rough and better to new to finish,remembering that you probably wont cut anything else with them after you cut this stuff. its kind of hard on sharp edges.

I use Garr 3/8 solid carbide 45 deg helix tool. Part# 85420. We spin it at 9000rpm, 70imp and .100-.200 dp passes with a .005 full depth clean up pass. Keep dust down with a vaccum system. Have fun and wear a dust mask. What type of machine will you be using?
