I just installed the 6th update for 2024 thinking our license was updated back in February. but I was wrong and now I cant open my seat of 2024. is there any way to uninstall the service pack. Thanks

my only comment is that it didn't do this in earlier versions. I get what your saying but its still still using the same lines. well ok.

ok so on op2 on finish top contour 2d i have the retract set to 0.0 and incremental but when you run it it keeps going back to the top starting position instead of just a .050 retract. 1281052.mcam

why is it that some times the 2d toolpath the incremental retract doesn't work right. it keeps going back to the first height on every retract.

so is the depth of the hole to bottom of hole or body diameter for drilling. if its to depth then the drill tip is .012 for a .055 drill with 135deg and you can run a form tap within .010 to .015 of the body depth. shouldn't be a problem. at .175 tapping depth you should end up with a thread depth of .135-.140

trying to do a dynamic contour on 3 sides of a part. left to right and there is a shape contour between. cant get it to work with a partial path for the avoidance. the description says it will do open contours so how do you tell it to do it. this is with 2022 OST1277375-2.mcam

yeah i know that. this is more than that. i screwed up the file save alt s for solids and f9 doesn't work for the crosshair as well as other things

I accidentally changed my personal folder and it messed up everything in 2022. is there a way to repair the install or just delete everything and start fresh.

Well MLC CAD was able to help me, it seems that our server as we have a nethasp had taken a seat for whatever reason as we have 3 seats and the 2 other programmers were on and I couldn't get on.

Anyone having problems today with there 2021 not starting. both of my installs X9 & 2021 wont start. says no license found. I can open the nethasp exe and it reads the license from the server but Mastercam wont read it. don't know if its an issue with the new sentinel driver.

no as a default the home tab is active, you then have to click on the verify tab to make it active and then you can save the file. missed one small step. Semantics I know.

never mind I figured it out. you have to click the other verify tab which isn't active in view verification.
