Josh is correct.

 

There are quite a few cursor options included with Windows. Just go to your Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers tab. (Depends on operating system of course)

 

You can change colour, size, shape etc.

In the next tab over, you can tell it to show you where your cursor is when you hit the Ctrl key.

changing the mouse pointer in the control panel does nothing for the crosshairs in mastercam. I'm sorry if I didn't make sense in my post. My crosshairs are gray and very difficult to see. I've used them like this for a couple years, but it would be nice to be able to see them better.
