haas post question

morning all,

Imay need to do some programming for a haas vertical mill.

the only post i have is from ver7 when i last ran one.

my question is should i try to update this or start with verX... post and start modifing .

this may be just a temporary thing.

so, how close is the mpfan generic post out of the box?

i am still using MCX MR2.

I use the MPMaster for my Haas.

how close is the mpmaster from the start?

i do not want to invest a lot of time into something that could be real short term,with little reward.I do not need anything fancy,just basic to run a couple parts.
