I just emailed CGTech support

and asked about the Vericut interface for X4

They said it wasn't done yet..

so its probably the X3 interface that is causing

X4 to throw an error..

You should probably remove the X3 interface and wait for the X4 version

I removed the .dll files from my c-hooks but it still does the error when loading. I'm not sure that was the problem because i was having the same issue before I loaded X4. I also have a problem when i try and use the help menu on any screen. Whenever I hit the help menu Mastercam shuts done. I spoke with my local dealer and he said that there must be an error in windows because the help menus in Mastercam are ran through windows. This problem just seems weird because it happens on ever computer we have Mastercam loaded on.
