Updating C-Hooks

I can't seem to figure out where to configure my c-hooks folder. Every time I click on the User Application button or Alt-C, the window opens in the X3 C-hooks folder, then when I open the X4 c-hooks folder and try to run a file, I get an X3 error. confused.gif What to do
