Matsuura vertical Post needed

Looking for a post for MC-760V Matsuura vertical milling machine. The MPFAN.pst works ok with xyz moves but not with the 4th axis. Any info would be greatly appreciated...TIA Reg

What kind of 4th axis head is it?

We use a modified mpfan post and should be able to fix you up if I know more about the rotary head.

and download the MPMaster post for whichever version of MCam your running.

It's very easy to configure the 4th Axis for whatever axis your substituting.

Thanks Kevin I might have some trouble doing that. Here is my problem. I am using V9 of mastercam. I am trying to maching a air foil. It verifies the drawing all right but then when it goes to the mill it does not seem to machine like it does in mastercam. I have my part home on the center of the of the work piece (where I am revolving around on the x} my tool offset is at the center of the work piece. I am cutting way to much air more air that material. Any suggestions ?? TIA Reg

What type of toolpath are you trying?

Can you throw the drawing up on the FTP site so we all can look at it??

Airfolis, hmmmmmmmm. Sounds like fun. How big is it? I've used a flowline toolpath and also Rotary 4 Ax each sucessfully. What are you using? Also, MPMaster is probably the most dialed post out there to start from and make mods to. MpFan is good too and the rotary stuff is good, but I like MPMaster better.
