Reg,

I would go here: http://www.emastercam.com/posts/mpmaster/index.html

and download the MPMaster post for whichever version of MCam your running.

It's very easy to configure the 4th Axis for whatever axis your substituting.

Hey Chris,

I have to show off as much as possible because my wife is building the web page for my place of employment!

Gotta keep the wife happy!!

Thanks Kevin I might have some trouble doing that. Here is my problem. I am using V9 of mastercam. I am trying to maching a air foil. It verifies the drawing all right but then when it goes to the mill it does not seem to machine like it does in mastercam. I have my part home on the center of the of the work piece (where I am revolving around on the x} my tool offset is at the center of the work piece. I am cutting way to much air more air that material. Any suggestions ?? TIA Reg smile.gif

Airfolis, hmmmmmmmm. Sounds like fun. How big is it? I've used a flowline toolpath and also Rotary 4 Ax each sucessfully. What are you using? Also, MPMaster is probably the most dialed post out there to start from and make mods to. MpFan is good too and the rotary stuff is good, but I like MPMaster better.
