Altering "Land" not reflected in Post - Wire

I have X4 wire and am wondering if anyone knows how to get x3 or x4 to reflect a change in land thickness in the post proc file, for a given backing off taper angle - I normally use 1 degree for press tools

I get the same post values if the land thickness is set to 1mm or 5mm or anything, which I don`t think is correct as you would expect the contour at the xy zero plane to close up with increased land thickness (eventually fishtailing in extreme)

I am using the Agie generic 123 4 axes post as shipped with x3/4.

I`d be very grateful for help..
