accutex wire edm

Just wondering if there is somebody out there programming with this type of wire edm. I'm kind of new to the wire programming and was wondering about the power library. I'm using a .01 wire but when I select that folder it still gives me different wire sizes. Any advice would be great.

So..

You've selected a POWER Lib from the accutex folder,, such as ->

 

McamX4wirepoweraccutexEnglish_010 Dia WireSKD-SteelSKD_0197_4.POWER

 

And exactly where are these different Wire Diameters showing up?

In the parameters page, for passes. one or two. Is this normal or am i just doing somthing wrong. I've programmed the Agie before, now this seems diffrent.

This is very confusing for new users.

The offsets for every pass in these old libraries are not set up the "modern" way.

 

Change all the wire sizes to .01 and set the overburn for each pass to whatever offset you are using for those passes.

Thanks Guys I was wondering about that. I guess I'll use the technologies that are in the control for the offset. Is this how everyone else is doing it. Is there a way to get the technoligy out of the control and in my box.....
