Anyone have any idea's on why when I go to verify any of my operations mastrecam just blinks once then shuts down with no message it's going to be shut down by windows or anything just poof it's gone.

My first guess would be that your video card drivers need updating.

Thanks for the responce Keith if this was the problem would this happen on all verifies cause i opened another file and verify works

Try regenerating the file then Verify it.

Turn off PC to clean up memory, turn back on, do not run any other program, set MC verify options in low quality. If same thing happens again, you might need a new video card.

 

Not every job is the same. That might be why some files work. Please check your PC (what year), your PC memory (how big), your video card (what brand) and your video card’s memory. It sounds like a hardware problem.

Regening the toolpaths did work thanks James I didnt think to do this because there was no red "x" on any paths

On occasion the NCI file becomes corrupted (for lack of a better term) and needs to be regenerated. I have no idea why this occurs but it does and that's the fix that usually works for me. Glad I could help.

If the "corrupted" NCI file shuts down MasterCam often, CNC Should consider it is a bug. "Corrupted" files or wrong operations should only generate an error message not shot down or "crash".

I would not consider this a bug because you cannot reproduce the occurrence.
