Tools for surfacing Rc55

I've got some 4340 forgings heat treated to 275-300 KSI (52-55 rockwell I think). The parts have +.100" all surfaces after heat treat and I need to do a lot of surfacing with a 1/2" ball. Axial depth of cut will vary somewhat, but radial DOC will remain constant @ .015"

I sent an email to our tool supplier(Western), but was curious if anyone here had any recommendations. Part will be held securely, shrink fit holders are available, but I need 2.25" ooh on one of the tools; 1.75" on the other.

Machine is a 50 taper horizontal.

Lemme know if I need to post more info.

Thanks!
