How do u chain multiple grooves Thanx Tom

If they are drawn as rectangular grooves just

pick two opposite crners on all grooves - they

do not have to be the same size

If they are the same size and shape program one

groove and translate the toolpath

If grooves are irregular shapes pick multiple

chains from the menu chain all using partial chain

I didn,t know u could translate toolpaths.I thought all u could translate was entities.

How do I access multiple or partial chains from the grooving toopaths options.

Select "create lathe groove toolpath" and select multiple grooves.

(I think this is only in X4, in X3 you have to do multiple toolpaths)

Yes i think you can only chain one groove at a time in X3.
