I don't want this thread to degenerate to a we hate bill gates thing.

Has anyone ran into problems with Xp home unloading the sim driver in v9 after registering The Xp os?

I have tried on 2 xp home boxes and have not seen this problem.

Xp home seems to be an OS that is missing something.

I did not have the problem you described above.

I have one question though. Was the OS Installed, the HASP loaded then the OS registered?

If this is the case, XP (To the best of my limited knowledge) polls the hardware configuration to create a "profile" that is then registered. If the hardware changes in a certain manner, then registration becomes a problem and must be re-registered.

Yeah they play games on the XP Home box. Pearl Harbor works pretty good, though I had to adjust the graphics settings to get it to look good. I think that 98se is better for the older games. The games my kids play are Backyard Baseball, Backyard Football, Reader Rabbit, and other assorted educational stuff.
