4th axis help

Hi all,

How do I go about getting a 1/16" corner round to go around the face of this part using the geo. shown . This is on a haas 5c 4th axis. I've tried using axis substitution but I'm not getting any movement in the Y axis , only in the Z & A. I'm know doubt am missing something but I don't know what..

Any help will be greatly apprecated.

But Vince got me pointed in the right direction. I was trying to do a multiaxis path with a 4th axis tool path.
